Best Employee of The Year – Alan Dwiputra

The Best Employee of the Year Award is held in order to give a recognition to employee who have made exceptional contribution to Mercure Serpong Alam Sutera, and as a form of appreciation for the hard work that has been done by them. It was also meant to reward staff members for excellent performance and pays tribute to employees who have best represented the Hotel’s spirit and values, through their exemplary behavior and actions.

Each candidate give a presentation to the judges which promotes their capability, achievement and work dedication. The judges will then score them based on some particular criterias and qualifications. The winner was announced after candidates’ final presentation and judges’ discussion.  The awarding moment was held in Training Room on Thursday, February 14th 2019. Among candidates like Mr. Rudi – Marketing, Ms. Amel – Reservation & Mr. Januar – F&B Service, Mr. Alan Dwiputra came out as the winner for this year’s Best Employee of The Year.
Also known as Alan to his colleagues, Alan is a strong team player who never hesitates to assist his team members and guests. Moreover, he is also an eager learner who is always willing to go the extra mile. Alan’s attitude towards work and life has consistently gained many recognition from his colleagues, supervisor and guests throughout his carreer in this hotel. And it has played a part in the hotel’s overall guests satisfaction.

In BEOTY, there were also valuable and exciting gifts given as reward. And as the Best Employee of the Year at Mercure Serpong Alam Sutera, Alan was officially chosen as one of the nominee for Best Employee of the Year AccorHotels Indonesia – Regional Competition. Big congratulations to Alan, keep on the good work!
